At Brothnco, we take pride in the quality of our premium broths and food products. Due to the perishable nature of our goods, we can only accept returns or offer refunds for items that are damaged, defective, or incorrect upon arrival.

Return Process

    Upon delivery, please immediately inspect your order for any signs of damage, leakage, or incorrect items before opening the individual product seals.

    Contact Support

    If there is an issue with your order, email our support team within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and clear photographic evidence of the damage or error.

    Await Evaluation

    Our quality assurance team will review your claim within 2-3 business days to determine if the product meets the criteria for a replacement or a full refund.

    Receive Resolution

    Once approved, we will either dispatch a fresh replacement at no extra cost to you or process a refund back to your original payment method.
